These terms cover use of this website, operated by Anything Limited and its divisions — Anything Ninedeb (building materials), Anything Edu Consult (recruitment and educational services), and Anything Drinks Enterprise. “We”, “us”, and “our” below means Anything Limited. “You” means anyone using the site — a customer, job seeker, employer, or visitor.

By browsing this site, placing an order, requesting a quote, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Job seeker and employer accounts require accurate information — your real name or company name, working contact details, and a password you keep confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend or close an account that provides false information, is used to post fraudulent job listings, or is used to abuse or defraud other users.

Prices are shown in Naira and may change without notice; the price charged is the one shown at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed.

Delivery timelines communicated to you are estimates, not guarantees — they can be affected by location, traffic, and stock availability. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order; we can only cancel or amend an order before it has been dispatched.

Inspect goods on delivery. Report damaged, incorrect, or missing items within 24 hours so we can resolve it.

A quote request is not a binding order. Pricing, availability, and delivery terms for materials and services (plumbing, tiling, carpentry, house agency, borehole drilling, project supervision, haulage, and similar) are confirmed directly with you before any work begins or payment is taken, and are governed by whatever written agreement we reach with you for that job.

Anything Edu Consult operates a marketplace connecting job seekers and employers. We are not the employer of any job seeker placed through the platform, and we don't guarantee that any job seeker will be hired or that any vacancy will be filled.

Employers are responsible for verifying candidates' qualifications and conducting whatever background checks they consider necessary before hiring. Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of the information in their profile and application.

The one-time job seeker membership fee and the employer hire fee are payment for platform access and services already rendered (membership: job listing access, training, and community features; hire fee: candidate sourcing and platform matching) — see “Refunds and cancellations” below.

Services listed under Educational Services (quality assurance, fashion design, social media management, website development, graphic design, data analysis) are scoped and priced directly with you before work begins. Edurena, linked from that page, is a separate platform (edurena.online) with its own terms — we're not responsible for its content or availability.

All payments on this site are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card or bank details. You're responsible for keeping your payment details valid and for any charges your bank or card issuer applies.

Drinks orders: cancel or amend before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us with your order reference.

Job seeker membership fee and employer hire fee: these are non-refundable once paid, as they cover platform access and services already provided at the time of payment.

Materials and services jobs: refund and cancellation terms are whatever is agreed in writing for that specific job.

• Don't post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications
• Don't use the site to harass, defraud, or spam other users
• Don't attempt to interfere with the site's security or normal operation
• Don't use automated tools to scrape or overload the site

The site's content, design, and branding belong to Anything Limited unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our permission.

The site and its services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect losses, for the actions of third parties (delivery partners, employers, job seekers, Paystack, or other services we link to), or for outcomes of hiring decisions made through the recruitment marketplace. Nothing here limits liability that can't be excluded under Nigerian law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or an account, with or without notice, for a breach of these terms or to protect the platform and its users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We may update these terms as the site changes. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
